We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to undertake detailed current-state analysis, process mapping, and requirements definition for complex clinical rostering and roster-to-pay solutions. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with diverse technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to evaluate system capabilities, identify integration opportunities, and deliver high-quality recommendations that shape future strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current clinical rostering systems, workflows, data structures, and operational practices to develop detailed "As-Is" process models.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and consultation sessions with operational, clinical, payroll, HR, ICT, and vendor stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.

  • Develop key project artefacts including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, and "To-Be" process models.

  • Evaluate application architecture, interfaces, and integration considerations to identify potential risks, constraints, and dependencies for roster-to-pay solutions.

  • Prepare high-level analytical documentation, executive briefing materials, and solution recommendations to guide future decision-making and transition strategies.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex systems analysis, process mapping, and requirements engineering in large, complex environments.

  • Proven background in researching and producing high-quality analytical artefacts, including BRS, SRS, Use Cases, and As-Is/To-Be process models.

  • Strong domain knowledge and experience working with workforce management, rostering, HR, or payroll systems and roster-to-pay processes.

  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Prior experience working within healthcare environments or with clinical workforce management and rostering platforms is highly desirable.
